Hi, I'm AJ Hizon.
I build digital things (sometimes they work 😅). I trade crypto to stay sharp and Dabble in cybersecurity (self-taught, beginner level). Looking for an internship to level up my dev skills.
I dabble in FastAPI, React, MongoDB (FARM Stack), and anything that makes the web cleaner and faster.
About Me
I'm a passionate full-stack developer who loves turning complex problems into simple, intuitive, and beautiful solutions. I'm still learning every day, but I approach challenges with curiosity, persistence, and a willingness to improve.
Outside of coding, I dabble in crypto trading. It's taught me patience, risk management, and data-driven decision making — skills I bring to every project.
I'm currently looking for an internship where I can contribute to real-world projects, learn from talented mentors, and continue growing as both a developer and a problem-solver.

Most of these are frontend experiments, except for Uni-Finder, my first full-stack project. I'm still learning, but I try to make everything look clean, modern, and functional.
Uni-Finder (Full-Stack)
A full-stack web app that recommends universities and programs for incoming students based on their grades, interests, location, and budget. Uses NLP and cosine similarity to match students with the best fit.
Shortsly (Frontend Only)
A frontend practice project where I built a responsive landing page as part of a Udemy course. Just HTML, CSS, and React — but it taught me a lot about clean layouts!
Clipboard (Frontend Only)
A frontend-only design project practicing component-based architecture and responsive UI. Nothing too fancy, just polishing skills!
Bookquests (Frontend Only)
A small frontend project displaying live crypto prices and charts. Mostly design & API integration — still learning to make it full-stack!
